Tom studied Engineering Business Management at the University of Greenwich and spent 10 years working in the Energy sector. Prior to this time and following his passion for sport and coaching he completed his FA coaching certificate and worked within grass roots football in his local community of Southend.
Since leaving the Engineering sector, Tom has journeyed through both the Energy and Financial markets for over 15 years and is currently a Portfolio Manager for a Global Investment Management Firm.
As a sports fanatic, Tom believes that sport can play a significant role not only for an individual’s wellbeing and skill set but also in creating stronger communities. This passion led to Tom collaborating with David after more than 30 years of friendship and becoming a major shareholder and advisor with the CSL Group.
