David Kreyling
CEO

Chief Executive Officer

CSL Group

In 2003, David started his first business and over the past 20 years has created the ‘CSL Group’, a collection of businesses that complement one another. This group functions in a cost effective and sustainable way, drawing on individual expertise and strengths when required, to ensure an efficient and professional service is delivered to its common but wide range of customers, employers, stakeholders and learners. The group has a direct focus on sport, physical activity, wellbeing, education and skills sectors.

In 2017, David became the Chair of Trust of a Secondary School Academy Trust and took the legal responsibility for the school. In 2019, he co-founded a Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Independent Special School which he has been approved by the Secretary of State for Education as the Proprietor.

Through the exposure to physical activity and sport at a young age, David has been able to use the skills and experiences he gained being part of teams to inform his own management and leadership styles in the large number of businesses he is now involved in. He strongly believes ‘The team is greater than the individual’ and working in partnership is a key driver to success.

The group has been operating for over 10 years and has now made the change to ensure its future is in the right markets. I have introduced additional expertise including a strategic advisor Tom Arnold, who has also become a major shareholder. Tom and I have known each other for over 30 years and have a shared passion for ‘Sport for Social Change’.
